Every Paradigm bat is made from premium wood and built for game use. Wood is a natural material, so no wood bat is unbreakable. Even with proper grain selection and careful manufacturing, breakage can still happen.

That is why Paradigm Bat Company offers a 30-Day Limited Wood Bat Warranty on eligible bats purchased new from Paradigm Bat Company or an authorized seller.

What this warranty covers

If your Paradigm wood bat breaks within 30 days of the original purchase date, it may qualify for a one-time replacement or comparable remedy, provided that:

  • you are the original purchaser
  • you can provide valid proof of purchase
  • the bat was used only for normal baseball play
  • the bat was used according to the care and hitting guidelines below
  • the bat shows no evidence of abuse, alteration, or misuse

All warranty claims are reviewed by Paradigm Bat Company and approved at our sole discretion.

How to keep your warranty valid

To remain eligible for warranty coverage, follow these guidelines every time the bat is used:

  • Hit with the logo facing up or down at contact.
  • Make contact on the barrel hitting area, not on the handle, taper, or end of the bat.
  • Use the bat only with regulation leather baseballs.
  • Store the bat in a dry, temperature-stable environment.

What is not covered

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling, including but not limited to:

  • hitting dimple balls, cage balls, softballs, or anything other than regulation leather baseballs
  • using the bat in commercial batting cages or other high-volume use settings
  • hitting cleats, the ground, fences, plates, or other hard surfaces
  • throwing, slamming, or abusing the bat
  • storing the bat in extreme heat, cold, moisture, or weather exposure
  • sanding, shaving, rolling, cupping, or otherwise altering the bat
  • cosmetic wear, finish wear, surface marks, or ordinary signs of use
  • damage resulting from use outside the intended hitting area

What Paradigm may provide

If a claim is approved, Paradigm Bat Company may choose one of the following remedies:

  • replace the bat with the same model, length, and weight, if available
  • replace the bat with a comparable model
  • issue store credit in an amount determined by Paradigm Bat Company

A replacement bat does not create a new 30-day warranty period. Warranty coverage is limited to one claim per original bat purchase.

Shipping and inspection

In some cases, Paradigm Bat Company may request additional photos or require the bat to be returned for inspection before a final decision is made.

Unless otherwise stated by Paradigm Bat Company, shipping costs related to a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.

How to file a warranty claim

To submit a claim, please email paradigmbats@gmail.com and provide:

  • order number
  • date of purchase
  • purchaser name
  • shipping address
  • bat model, length, and weight
  • proof of purchase
  • clear photos of the damage
  • full photos of the bat
  • a brief description of how the break occurred

Final policy terms

Paradigm Bat Company reserves the right to deny any claim that shows evidence of misuse, abuse, modification, or failure to follow the guidelines above. This warranty is limited to the remedies described on this page and does not include refunds for used bats or liability for incidental or consequential damages.
